Port Forwarding makes for fater mining Solved...Finally..Pics of Proof

edited the hell out of my last post…thought id make a new one to get the word out about this awesome so called “hack”

this is just running the proxy from litecoinpool.org that they offer on their help page…using forwarded port 80 and the miner connected to my windows machines 1p but using the regular stratum port of 3333…(thats port 80 which is an http server) and make sure tell the miner to connect to http://us.litecoinpool.org:3333 and not a stratum call since an http server is running on hte windows machine with the gigabit switch…

2 zeus miners usually run under 40 mh/s as seen in prior pics…now running at a consistent 46 MH/s - 48 MH/s

any questions feel free to ask…this has been an adventure for me trying to retrace my steps to find out how I stumbled on hacking DNS aby accident when i thought I manipulated the driver…all I did was manipulate the Private DNS server to allow an internal connection to connect externally by using a different port call from the “local” external miner…NO VPN service running here…gonna try that next to see if there are any improvements

will connect my 750 TI like I did last time to double check that I can keep the difficulty high for upload purposes and will be hopefully getting more out of the gridseed g-blades too even though I just lost a board the other day…my fault though

recent update: found that by increasing difficulty to 4096 instead of 2048 has resulted in a consistent 48 MH/s or higher share submit rate…

so far the stats show it only dropping down to 412 + MH/s at the absolute lowest where before when running proxy the stats dropped down to 36 MH/s or even lower based on the traffic to the server…at least now i have a consistent connection to the server as well as faster upload…its like I added another gblade for free…I’m happy so far…waiting till tomm to try VPN with this proxy, p2pool as well as trying other forms of forwarding now that I understand whats actually going on…

here I was able to forward port 3333 and get my latency way way down…first pic shows it at around 125 ms and now I am submitting shares at 38 ms…I swear my internet provider is throttling my connection though because it works great for a while then drops down…then i restart cgminer and it works great again for a while until someone apparently notices and makes me go slower…
