Hi, I'm new to the coin currencies. I wanted to start mining BTC but I read alot on forums mining BTC is not profitable anymore. I have now set up my stock 6990 to mine at 960Kh/s and I'm also busy on a simple CPU miner project in Java.

I.feelBadForYouSon();
I.problems = 99;
I.problem != "bitch";
}

Hi Litecoiners!

Been into Bitcoin for a couple of years now (mainly buying something for the weekend on SR  ;) and mining with Guiminer in Slush's pool)

Decided to put my spare computing power into Litecoin now, just started out mining with Burnsides pool using Cudaminer with an NVidia GTX470 card

Cheers! :)

Hello, I downloaded the litecoin app on my mobile device. What now?

Purchase some LTC on https://btc-e.com/. Or, if you know how, set up a mining rig and start mining some LTC. However don't hoard them. Idle currency is useless. Instead put them LTC to work and look for places that accept LTC as a means of pay and help pump the crypto currency economy! Before doing any of this you need to do a lot of research. You can start here: http://litecoin.org/

Cheers!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Allow me to introduce myself: Although it is not my given name, bullion4crypto is a good description of why I am here.  I have a good hoard of silver and gold and I wish to trade some of it for crypto-currency be it LTC, BTC or otherwise (still not sure about the otherwise.)

I have been in the bullion business for a number of years and I am somewhat of an expert in the precious metals department. I would certainly be glad to answer any questions from forum members.

I am not opposed to using an escrow service for trading (I saw one of the moderators offering this.)
I look forward to building your trust and doing business with you.

My name is Myckel. =]
I just recently heard about litecoin, and this is my very first currency I'm showing interest in.
So yeah I'm the biggest newb around. Now I'm researching what it's all about.
