I Have ordered an Antminer L3+ and the payment is done around 10 days ago but on the site order is not confirmed and then get expired now I click my order section then the site will redirect to the other webpage of bitmain. I Tried to contact BITMAIN but still no response …

was your wallet synced when you sent the payment? if it isn’t confirmed yet then it hasn’t been mined into a block so more than likely your transaction hasn’t been broadcast to a “block finding miner node”…open your wallet…let it completely sync and make sure you have “map ports using UPnP” selected under options
