[Need Suggestion] Antminer L3+ What mining pool i should use?

Hey, i am new on mining ‘stuff’ and my brother bought me an Antminer L3+
i am very confuse which mining pool is the best for Antminer L3+
i already tried nicehash but when i tried all of their stratum servers ( for SCRYPT ) none of them are work.
i was using Prohashing, but now their server for mining probably down.
and if someone know why my antminer l3+ only work with 3 Chain.

I recently got my L3+ and have tried all you mentioned and found that https://www.litecoinpool.org/ is the best for the following reasons. Its always online, the hashes on my miner and Pool is almost always the same. On other Pools I have 50% to 70% discards so even the promise of more returns is not achieved as your miner sends 504MH and the pool can only use 100MH! I was on NiceHash yesterday and all all my miner was either disconnected from the pool or showing up on the Pool Dashboard as 200MH.
