Litecoin transaction from Ledger nano S is unconfirmed since 4 days

Hi,
i did a transaction of 18 ltc to a friend of mine wallet and the transaction is unconfirmed. I cannot search it with the tx because is cannot be found. Please tell me what i need to do to solve this problem.

check if you can abandon transactions in the nano s wallet.

you has resolved this problem? I have a transaction unconfirmed since 3 day in my ledger.

I have resolved, I send a new transaction from destination address to new a address (gadx for exmple) and the transaction new and old will include in blockchain with confirmed.
